Build by asking

Say what you want. Otto builds it.

Describe a system in your own words. Otto builds the tables, forms, automations and agents in Insight On Demand, and you switch it on.

From one sentence to a running system.

  1. Say it in your words

"When a client signs, send the deposit invoice and book the kickoff."

  2. Otto plans it

It shows you the pieces it will build and how they connect.

  3. You check each piece

Change anything by saying so. Nothing runs yet.

  4. Switch it on

It runs from the next one, and every run is on the log.

What owners build with it.

Hiring

Job post, application form, a table to score applicants, interview booking and the offer letter.

Proposal to paid

The agreement to sign, the deposit invoice, payment reminders and a text when it lands.

Client onboarding

Welcome email, intake form, kickoff booking and a checklist for your team.

Monthly plans

Sign up, recurring billing, visit reminders and renewals.

Win customers back

A list of past customers, a campaign in your words and the bookings it brings.

Never miss a lead

Missed calls texted back in a minute, every form answered and every quiet proposal followed up.

Built on tables that fit your business.

Every system Otto builds sits on tables linked to your customers, so the pieces share one set of records instead of copying between tools.

  • Grid, board, calendar, map and gallery
  • Linked to customers and jobs
  • AI columns Otto fills in

Proposal to paid, built from one sentence.

Ask for it and Otto builds the whole run: the agreement filled from the record, signed on their phone, the deposit link sent and paid, each step on the customer's timeline.

  • Documents filled from your records
  • Signed on their phone
  • Deposit paid by link

Nothing runs until you say so.

Switched on by you

Every system Otto builds starts as a draft. You check each piece and switch it on yourself, and anything that goes out still waits for your yes.

Every run on the record

Each system keeps its runs: who went through it, what happened and what is waiting for you.

The same system. Without the project.

Questions owners ask.

What can I build?

Anything made of tables, forms, documents, automations and agents: hiring, onboarding, billing, scheduling, projects and reporting.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. You describe it in plain words and change it the same way.

What if Otto gets it wrong?

Nothing runs until you switch it on. Tell Otto what to change, or edit any piece yourself.

Can it use my other apps?

Yes. Automations and agents can use the apps you connect, alongside everything else in the system.

Can someone set it up for me?

Yes. If you would rather not build it yourself, ask about having it set up for you.

What should Otto build first?

Say it in a sentence. Check what it built. Switch it on.
